We can provide a combined Interior Design project management & build service or just an Interior Design project management service to ensure that your appointed contractor/specialist suppliers complete the project on time and to the required level of quality our Clients expect.

Our aim is to ensure your project combines high quality design with professional implementation services.

At this stage our services include some of the following:

Tender analysis: Reviews all submissions and produces a comparison report on quality and cost. Prepare contracts as required.

Quantity surveying: Assists with procurement, carry out interim valuations as the works proceed, agree variations with yourself or your representative and prepare final accounts on completion of the works.

Project management: Includes preparation and management of the program, liaising with site manager, monitor workmanship, co-ordination of specialist suppliers, liaising with utilities, handover inspections and prepare snagging lists.

Specialist suppliers: The appointment and management of specialist elements, ensuring ongoing design control.

Design management: Working with the implementation team to ensure design integrity. Revision of any detail drawings and ongoing support.
